Refunds
You will be issued a refund ONLY if your candle jar or body butter and scrub jar was received damaged or broken. Send a picture to our email with your damaged products.
No refunds available for soaps and wax melts. You also must show proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Like stated above Soaps & Wax Melts are Non Refundable. If a wrong item was sent please let us know and we will work with you to get you the correct item.

There are no exchanges at this time.
Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at heavenlyessenceandco@gmail.com and we will let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at heavenlyessenceandco@gmail.com.
